For the marinade

500g – Chicken, boneless, skinless reduce into one-inch items

1/2tsp – Ground cumin powder
1/2tsp – Ground purple chilli powder

2tbsp – Oil
2tbsp – Butter
1 no – Onion, giant, finely chopped
1 1/2tbsp – Garlic, finely grated
1tbsp – Ginger, finely grated
1 1/2tsp – Garam masala
1tsp – Ground cumin
1tsp – Turmeric powder
1/2tsp – Ground coriander
250ml – Tomato puree
1tsp – Kashmiri purple chili
Salt to style
1 1/four cup – Heavy cream
1/2tsp – Brown sugar
1/4cup – Water, if wanted

For garnish

Fresh cream
Coriander sprig


*Marinate the rooster with yogurt, minced garlic, ginger, garam masala, turmeric powder, floor cumin, Kashmiri purple chilli and salt. Set apart for an hour or in a single day.
*Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated rooster items and shallow fry until browned, about three minutes on either side. Set apart, maintain heat.
*Melt butter in the identical pan, fry the onions till comfortable.
*Add garlic and ginger, sauté till aromatic, then add garam masala, cumin, turmeric and coriander. Fry for about 20 seconds till aromatic, whereas stirring often.
*Pour within the tomato puree, add chili powder and salt. Let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring often till gravy thickens.
*Stir within the cream and sugar within the gravy. Add the rooster and its juices again into the pan and prepare dinner for a further Eight-10 minutes till rooster is cooked by means of and the gravy is thick and effervescent.
*Pour within the water to skinny out the gravy, if wanted.
*Garnish with recent cream and coriander sprig.
*Serve scorching.
