If you want to start your day on a wholesome notice, there may be nothing higher than relying on candy potatoes. And as luck would have it, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) lately shared a lip-smacking recipe utilizing two of our favorite issues — pancakes and candy potatoes!

1 cup – Sweet potato, boiled and mashed
¾ cup – Oats flour/water chestnut flour
1tsp – Flaxseed powder
1½ cup – Milk
½ tsp – Vanilla essence or cardamom powder
5g – Butter
*For oats flour, grind ¾ cups of standard oats in a blender till it resembles a flour consistency.
*In a bowl, whisk all of the substances until easy and thick (add the milk step by step in order that it’s not too runny)
*Lightly grease a non-stick pan with one teaspoon butter, put a spoonful of batter within the heat pan, and prepare dinner for a couple of minutes on either side until brown.
*Serve the pancake with honey or maple syrup for sweetness. For a nutty style, serve it with cashew or peanut butter.
