Tourists in Kashmir’s Gulmarg ski resort have a brand new place to sit back out – an igloo cafe that serves scorching food and drinks on tables made from ice and snow.
Staff at Kolahoi Green Heights lodge on the Indian-administered facet of the area took inspiration from Arctic shelters and added just a few native touches – an arched door and patterns on the curved partitions.
