PATNA: Bihar BJP MLA Rashmi Varma introduced on Sunday her resignation from the meeting citing “personal reasons”, whereas the get together’s state president Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal mentioned she was upset with a remark made by a member of the family, reviews Madan Kumar.
The MLA for Narkatiaganj in West Champaran district wrote to meeting Speaker Vijay Kumar Sinha to just accept her resignation. The Speaker mentioned he has but to obtain the letter.
BJP state chief Jaiswal mentioned the MLA was upset with a member of the family’s remark “not related to politics”. “I spoke to her. She was on the way to Patna to submit her resignation to the Speaker. However, she later returned to Bettiah,” Jaiswal mentioned.
Varma has additionally reportedly accused police of being biased in direction of her. She couldn’t be reached for feedback.
