NEW DELHI: Alarm bells have been sounded on the Army’s Northern Command headquarters at J&Okay’s Udhampur, which offers with each China and Pakistan, after a soldier, a NCO (non-commissioned officer), was arrested for allegedly leaking operational knowledge to Pakistan‘s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).
